CUSTOMER CARE POLICY

Each piece of B.P. de Silva jewellery, both bespoke and from our curated collections, is lovingly handcrafted by our master craftsmen with at least 20 years of experience on the workbench. We hold ourselves to the highest quality standards and are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction and creating pieces we proudly hallmark with our BPJ stamp.

 

Should you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at customercare@bpdesilvajewellers.com - we are here to help!If there are any manufacturing faults, B.P. de Silva will cover any repair or replacement fees. Our warranty however excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence,

Any repairs or work done not done by B.P. de Silva will also void the warranty. 

In the unlikely event that you would like to cancel your order after having made a deposit due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will seek first to understand your situation, and on compassionate grounds will do our utmost to extend a 1-year credit voucher for the deposit made that you can spend on any B.P. de Silva jewellery.

RECONDITIONING AND RESIZING

 

Should you require any reconditioning or resizing, we provide on a one-time complimentary service within one month of receiving your jewellery.

 

We envision BP jewellery to be much loved and/or often worn by you, which means there may come a time beyond the first month where it needs a little TLC. Should this need arise, please contact us- we pride ourselves on being able to offer full repair and reconditioning services. We can provide a rough sense of reconditioning lead time and possible charges, but will need to see your item in person to provide an accurate assessment.
